The City of Sutter Creek has participated with Amador County and all cities in the County to prepare the Countywide 6th Cycle Housing Element. The Draft Countywide 6th Cycle Housing Element is now available for review and comment. The Housing Plan includes programs applicable to all jurisdictions, as well as specific actions that the County and individual cities will implement. The annexes to the Draft Countywide 6th Cycle Housing Element include a jurisdiction-specific review of governmental constraints and a summary of residential sites anticipated to be available for development during the 2021-2029 planning period.

How do I comment?
You are invited to comment on the Draft Housing Element at a meeting or in writing. Community members are invited to attend any meeting in the County to comment, regardless of where you live. Meetings to receive public comments will be held:
– Wednesday, November 16, 2:00-3:30 p.m. at Amador County Board Chambers – attend via Zoom or in person.
