NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the SUTTER CREEK PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on a Tentative Parcel Map Application for Tom Bottorff.

A Tentative Map Application has been submitted by Tom Bottorff to allow 81 Spanish Street (APN 180-152-053) to be split into two separate lots. Lot 1 is proposed to be .26 acres and Lot 2 is proposed to be .33 acres. The applicant is requesting an exception on lot width.
